Ин лоиҳа як чаҳорчӯбаи фазоии мураббаъ аст / баландии 16 метр / дарозии умумӣ 30 метр / дарозии умумии 18 метр

1. Насби чаҳорчӯбаи фосилаи пӯлод бояд пас аз қабули меҳвари сохтори поёнӣ ва тахтаи дарунсохт анҷом дода шавад.Талабот ба такягоҳи поёнӣ инҳоянд: фарқияти баландии байни такяҳои ҳамсоя (масофаи L2): арзиши хурдтари L2/800 ва 10мм, дар ҳамон баландӣ Фарқи баландии байни баландтарин ва пасттарин такягоҳ: 20мм;

а.Қимати иҷозатдодашудаи инҳирофоти дарозии паҳлӯи амудӣ ва уфуқӣ 1/2000 дарозӣ аст ва набояд аз 30 мм зиёд бошад;

б.Қимати иҷозатдодашудаи ҷуброни марказӣ бояд 1/3000 фосилаи чаҳорчӯбаи фазоии пӯлодӣ бошад ва набояд аз 30 мм зиёд бошад;

в.Барои чаҳорчӯбаи торӣ, ки аз тарафи периферия дастгирӣ карда мешавад, инҳирофоти баландии иҷозатдодашуда 1/400 аз такягоҳи ҳамшафат аст ва набояд аз 15 мм зиёд бошад ва ҳадди аксар ва ҳадди ақал набояд аз 30 мм зиёд бошад;барои чаҳорчӯбаи торӣ, ки аз ҷониби якчанд нуқтаҳо дастгирӣ карда мешавад, инҳирофоти баландии иҷозатдодашуда 1/800 аз дастгирии ҳамсоя аст ва набояд аз 30 мм зиёд бошад;

г.Мутобиқи мушаххасот ва талаботи тарҳрезӣ каҷшавии шабакаро муайян кунед.Пас аз сохтмон каҷшавии чаҳорчӯбаи кайҳонии пӯлод набояд аз 115 фоизи арзиши ҳисобкунии лоиҳавӣ зиёд бошад.(Қимати максималии каҷшавии чаҳорчӯбаи шабака L/250)

4. Агар дар махалхо куракхои кафшеркунй мавчуд бошанд, барои кафшер кардани кураки кафшер ва чуб кафшери чукур истифода бурда мешавад ва дарачаи дарзхои кафшер набояд аз дарачаи дуюм паст бошад.

5. Пас аз ба охир расидани насби чаҳорчӯбаи кайҳонии пӯлодӣ, сатҳи пайвандҳо ва чӯбҳои чаҳорчӯбаи кайҳонӣ бояд тоза ва аз доғ ва лой тоза бошад.Пайвастҳо ва сӯрохиҳои зиёдатии буғумҳои болт бояд бо равған пур ва мӯҳр карда шаванд.

6. Хангоми истифодабарии сеть бояд хар 4—5 сол нигохубини комплексии зидди коррозия гузаронда шавад.

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
